How is my gift used and distributed?

First of all, Thank you for generously giving to the Ministry of Christ at Abundant Life.  Your tithes and offerings are handled prayerfully, securely, and with global purpose.  The following is a description of how funds meet needs through Abundant Life.

Local Church Loving Our Community

We strive to Love Jesus, and Love Others.  At Abundant Life your giving helps us to not only meet the financial needs of the local Church, but also to care for those around us.  Each year we:

  • Collect school supplies for local students

  • Host a summer reading program

  • Partner with Lifeline Screening twice a year

  • Partner with Convoy of Hope to feed over 1500 families

  • Blood drives with Blood Connection

  • Hosting Community Groups and events

You are helping us meet the physical needs of our neighbors, as well as their spiritual needs.

Our South Carolina District

Your giving also supports our other Nazarene Churches.  In fact, the property on which Abundant Life is built was graciously given to us by the generous people of our South Carolina District.  

In the State of South Carolina our Church is very active.  With more than 70 worshipping Churches and groups around the state, you can be sure to find a close by Nazarene Congregation.  Go to southcarolinanazarene.com to find one near you. 

Global Mission

Abundant Life is a part of a global Church.  The Church of the Nazarene is a Protestant Christian church in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition.  We were organized in 1908, and the denomination is now home to about 2.7 million members worshipping in more than 30,700 congregations in 165 world areas.  

When you give, you are also contributing to the global cause of Christ.  Our Missional Statement is "To Make Disciples In The Nations".  We accomplish this through varied means.  Your giving:

  • supports Missionaries who work around the globe

  • helps to distribute the Jesus Film

  • funds World Mission Broadcasts of the gospel

  • Twice a year we collect 'Alabaster Offerings', 100% of which goes to build

      • Mission Stations, Churches, Hospitals, Orphanages, and clean water wells around the world.
